假如要問對方「你方便嗎？」要說成：
 Is it convenient for [to] you? （記得，用it當主詞)

Convenient既然是形容事物，就有人這樣說了，形容交通總可以吧：
“Traffic is convenient in Taipei"　(X)（台北交通很利便）
這句話仍是錯了，並且是兩個錯：第一個錯誤Traffic多半用來形容負面 翻譯交通狀態，交通擁堵、梗塞之類的。

那交通方便怎麼說呢，來看一個例句:
 These retail outlets are situated in convenient locations and are easily accessible by public transport. 這些零售店地址適中，交通便利。

。-> 翻譯社|,-> 翻譯公司|的-> 翻譯

「你利便嗎？」我聽過有人用英文講成
 “Are you convenient？”(X)

在中文裡，「利便」可以用來形容「人」，也能夠說「事」。英文字典上一查， Convenient 這個形容詞，注釋是“If a way of doing something is convenient 翻譯公司 it is easy, or useful or suitable for a particular purpose”。它的意思是「使人感應利便」，用來形容的名詞不是人，而是事物。

你方便嗎？請不要亂花convenient！

 Will five o'clock be convenient for you？ (五點鐘對你輕易嗎？)
*上面如許的說法，比說"Are you available at 5:00?" 還更客套一點 翻譯社

若是你感應輕易的話，我就來。
 I’ll come if you are convenient. (x)
 I’ll come if it is convenient for [to] you. (O)

另一個毛病就是convenient不消來形容交通 翻譯社convenient最焦點的意義就是很近(near) ，或很容易到達( Easy to reach; accessible) 。

中文裡，我們常說，捷運很方便、鐵路很方便，直接就用OOO is convenient。文法上也對，但聽起來有點不自然，比力下面這兩句
 Railway is convenient.　(鐵路很便利)
 Travelling is convenient for people where there are railways. (有鐵路的地方，觀光就方便) 翻譯社
